North Carolina art event, Art for a Cause, is an amazing venue and event for families and patrons to enjoy fine arts and local crafts.

artGuide Magazine is excited to present a great North Carolina art event this weekend.  Cashiers Rotary Club is pleased to present Art for a Cause.

Join the Rotary Club of Cashiers Valley for a family-friendly celebration of fine arts, local crafts, stunning scenery and old-fashioned philanthropy in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Art for a Cause takes place on Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4, from 10am to 5pm both days, rain or shine. On display are some of the finest artisans from throughout the Southeast. From unique ironwork and woodcraft to hand-thrown pottery, hand-stitched textiles and homemade cakes, pies, jellies and jams, there’s something to please every artistic palate and tempt even the finickiest of tastes.

Entrance to the Cashiers Rotary Arts and Crafts Shows is free to attend, but all donations are accepted and greatly appreciated. 100% of the proceeds raised during the show go to benefit the Cashiers Rotary Club Charities fund, which supports area charities , schools and non-profit organizations that perform good works and advocate on the behalf of the under-served and underprivileged within our community. To date, the club has distributed more than $1 million dollars and, with your help, hopes to expand the reach even further.

Members of the Cashiers Rotary will also show off their culinary skills at the refreshment booth, offering hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers and more to keep you fueled up as you hunt for the perfect piece to add to your collection.

Bid farewell to summer in style, with fine art, custom crafts, good food and family fun at Art for a Cause: The Cashiers Rotary Fall Arts & Crafts Show on September 3 and 4 at the Village Green in Cashiers, NC. Visit CashiersRotary.org for more information.
